Austin Auto Repair

I am out of town a lot, so my car sits. I take it to Gordon and they always check it out so I know I won't break down. I've lived in Austin over 15 years, and once I found Gordon Automotive, I've only used them even when the dealerships who sold me my two new cars during that time provide incentives.

The staff is friendly and the oil change was a good price. The only thing that I didn't like was that I dropped my car off and it wasn't finished at the estimated time because they said someone came by after me and waited for their car so they did mine after theirs.

they are quick and seem honest. it's they cost of auto parts that bites you. that is not on them, but people not working

As always great service! Jim and Maggie make you feel at home when you are there in the waiting room. I appreciate the cold drinks.
