Gordon’s as always provided dependable and excellent service on my Honda Accord this week. Had to get a new battery before driving to Dallas and they installed it for me then discovered glass that had damaged two of my tires and recommended a reputable service to purchase them. I’m so relieved I needed the battery, otherwise I might not have discovered the tire damage before my trip! I always take my car to Gordon’s!

I have nothing but good things to report as far as Gordon's is concerned. I have used their services since 1971 and have always been satisfied with the results. I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for, and this is definitely true in this case. They always contact me before beginning repairs and gain my approval to proceed.

Thanks to the Gordon Automotive crew for quickly and effectively fixing my failed AC/Heat ventilation system. (A positioner rod had bent/failed and so the butterfly mixing valve was stuck in a position that only allowed air to be directed out the defroster vents...definitely not a good situation with summer coming.) They did a good job of analyzing the problem and fixed it the same day, all without the need for purchasing new parts or tearing apart the dashboard. They provided free shuttle service to my house, and kept me apprised of the status until job completion. The technician took the time to explain and show me what happened and what they did to fix it. Also, this was still somewhat early in the COVID-19 pandemic, and the personnel in the shop were already appropriately wearing PPE. That helps mitigate viral spread, and it also helps contribute to our economy reopening more fully and operating safely for both customers and employees.

The folks at Gordon Automotive are the best. I have taken my vehicles there since the time I had three teenage drivers and soon will have grandkids starting to drive! Recently I had to have work done on my air conditioner. Maggie was so friendly, knowledgeable, and reassured me by keeping me informed every step of the repair. She even went above and beyond by doing research on key fobs for me. The proper precautions were taken in the office for COVID protection, which is very important these days. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and my AC works like a charm. I rely on Gordon Automotive and highly recommend.
