These folks are terrific. I started using Gordon Automotive at the beginning of this year (2019) because I wanted to get a second opinion on my 2012 Toyota Sienna (a second opinion relative to what the dealer's service department said about my Sienna). I was impressed from the get-go; the Gordon's people were friendly and patient, and it just so happened that their evaluation/estimate differed both technically and financially (less expensive) from the dealer's evaluation/estimate. Gordon's gained my trust, and that's why I brought my Sienna back for service again this summer. In addition, their customer waiting room is super clean and calming (design and paint colors must have done/chosen by a woman. Smart move, Gordon's!). Last but not least, Maggie and Roy have been the two employees I've worked with on my visits, and they are fantastic.
