To provide the best possible service we hold our technicians to the highest standard. They are all ASE certified (Automotive Service Excellence)and have many years of automotive experience. Our techs attend technical schools throughout the year to keep up to-date on the latest technology. We employ the MITCHELL ON DEMAND tm and ALLDATA tm to review technical information on repairs and servicing. We can also review TSB's (technical Service Bulletins) released by the manufactures to keep you updated on possible problems that may occur. These bulletins also helps us let you know if you need to take your vehicle in for a service that may be covered under warranty.

Gordon Automotive is a full-service shop; we work on all domestic and most foreign cars and trucks. We specialize in engine performance i.e. tune-ups, computer work, fuel delivery systems and secondary ignition systems. We also do brakes, electrical, A/C, heating, steering and suspension. We can perform major and minor engine repair along with transmission overhaul (standard) and automatic transmission replacement. We can take care of all your service needs such as engine oil changes, transmission and differential services, along. We can do the maintenance schedules for your vehicles, which are updated quarterly from the manufacturers, recommendations. We also do condition/buyers inspections on those pre-owned vehicles that you are thinking about purchasing. These can be real lifesavers and prevent many years of "Why did I buy that?" syndrome. As a convenience for our valued customers we can also do State Inspections. Try finding a State Inspection station these days? Last but not least, we have a courtesy van that can take you to work or home, when you need to drop off your vehicle. The van operation radius is from central Austin west of IH35 to North/Northwest Austin.
