They are always friendly. Last time I went for inspection, they started right away and it only took less than 1 hour. They are honest and reasonable as well.

Isn't it WONDERFUL to recommend a car service business?! I'm always more than pleased with the efficiency, service and knowledge at Gordon Automotive. Gordon staff were very polite and helpful. As it turned out, I didn't need any repairs, and I appreciated that they told me that.

We scheduled an appt. by phone the day ahead. We arrived on time and our truck was taken right away for service. We were politely greeted and asked what we needed. Our truck was ready for pick-up 45 minutes later. Checkout was easy and our truck was brought to the front for us. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Our truck was in great condition and ready to go. We are always treated with respect. The work is excellent. It is a smooth and very pleasant experience without crowds.

The diagnosis of my issue was over 60 dollars and I know they didn't take anything apart to even diagnose it. Once diagnosed, they wanted to charge me over 60% more than other places when I got quotes. Cheap oil changes, but any other auto work done is just a rip off.

These folks are terrific. I started using Gordon Automotive at the beginning of this year (2019) because I wanted to get a second opinion on my 2012 Toyota Sienna (a second opinion relative to what the dealer's service department said about my Sienna). I was impressed from the get-go; the Gordon's people were friendly and patient, and it just so happened that their evaluation/estimate differed both technically and financially (less expensive) from the dealer's evaluation/estimate. Gordon's gained my trust, and that's why I brought my Sienna back for service again this summer. In addition, their customer waiting room is super clean and calming (design and paint colors must have done/chosen by a woman. Smart move, Gordon's!). Last but not least, Maggie and Roy have been the two employees I've worked with on my visits, and they are fantastic. With the folks at Gordon's taking care of my Sienna, I believe I'll smoothly get another 100K miles on the vehicle. Thanks, Gordon's Automotive, for being in the 'hood and being good to me.
