I went to Gordon Automotive for the first time yesterday (March 21st). To call the service I received prompt, efficient, and sincere would be a tremendous understatement. In spite of my request to have my car serviced at Gordons, they located another local provider who was able to offer the same service for half the price. What I experienced was genuine friendship, sincerity, honesty and the kind of integrity we all long for yet rarely find these days outside of a well written novel or occasional foreign film. Being new to Austin, I haven't met many friends yet but i feel as though I found a room full of them yesterday. Having my car serviced will be a true pleasure from this point on.

The guys at Gordon did a great job -- and found a problem with what my tire dealer did wrong when putting on new wheels and tires. I went to the tire dealer and they fixed it. So now I think all is safe -- and I'm relieved. I've always been happy with the work done at Gordon Automotive!
