Mike did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress and the cost of my repair. One part was delivered incorrectly causing a delay. I was very pleased with my overall experience at Gordon.

They spent a large amount of time determining what the problem was with a battery that was loosing charge. A dealership would have just replaced the battery AND alternator. Turned out the problem was neither. They lost money on this weird problem but they solved it without replacing all components involved and only charged me the standard appraisal fee.
